  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, even if merchandise is returned.
  • Report home/property damage at the time of delivery.
  • Report merchandise damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, irrigation, or other property resulting from delivery.
  • Payment: All items must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.

🏡 Preparing for Delivery

  • Clear pathways in rooms and hallways before drivers arrive.
  • Our drivers cannot move existing furniture or handle electronics (TVs, speakers, cable boxes).
  • Snow, ice, or obstacles must be removed before delivery.
  • Unsafe deliveries (window entry, balcony hoists, or above 3rd floor without elevator access) will not be attempted.

📦 Merchandise Pick-Up

  • Pick-up is free, and we will help you load your items.
  • Bring a suitable vehicle and materials to secure your purchase safely.
  • If you purchased online, we will call you when your order is ready.
  • If someone other than the purchaser is picking up, they must bring the original sales receipt.
  • Items being exchanged must be returned to the store. Pick-up for exchanges must be arranged.
  • If a defect is found on a special order at pick-up, we will schedule a service technician for repair.

⚠️ Safety Guidelines

For your safety, we do not recommend:

  • Transporting items in open trailers or on top of vehicles.
  • Stacking items in an unsafe manner.
  • Any other situation that may put you or your furniture at risk.

If you choose to transport items yourself, you do so at your own risk. Geneva Discount Furniture is not responsible for any damages once merchandise leaves our dock.
